Cafe Monarch is an elegant fine dining restaurant. We believe formal wear & business casual attire is best, while jackets are only preferred for men, collared shirts are a requirement. Casual clothing and activewear are not appropriate for dinner. This includes t-shirts, baseball caps, shorts, sandals, and spandex.
